Sur Club’s music, décor and superb service will provide our guest an evening of entertaining and fine dining in an exclusive and upscale atmosphere. It features an upscale sushi bar with an emphasis on fabulous, fresh seafood. We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, highly motivated and fully qualified Sushi Chef and Chef Consultant to assist in the development and operations of the restaurant.
Culinary expertise and attention to detail are a must. SUR CLUB is looking for a chef with creativity and passion to produce innovative dishes and create a unique and distinct dining experience for our customers.
Applicant for the Sushi Chef position must have previous experience:
Managing a busy kitchen/sushi bar
Setting food pricing and menus
Ordering and monitoring supplies
Minimum of 3-5 years experience.
Applicant for the Chef Consultant position must have a proven background within restaurant development and management, sales and/or catering as a Chef with a minimum of five years experience and a strong work ethic. The applicant must also be able to be resourceful and flexible in different situations whilst remaining professional at all times.
